Did you receive my order? 
When you place an order on photo-images.net, an Order Confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@photo-images.net to make sure that your order was successfully put in.

Can I cancel my order? 
You may cancel your order any time as long as it hasn't been processed. 

What countries do you ship to? 
 We ship our products worldwide.

When will I receive my order once it is shipped? 
We ship orders out from Monday to Friday.

Is my item secure once it has been shipped ?
We ship all items using Royal Mails` signed-for services.  We will send you the tracking number once the item has been shipped. You can track your order on Royal Mails´ website : tracking your order

Our products carry a lifetime warranty within a given set of circumstance. Warranty covers fading, peeling and lifting of image on photo pendant. Fading, peeling, lifting and other damage by engaging in any behaviour or usage that is in conflict with our product care instructions (see Product Care Instructions) will not be covered.

How do I care for my pendant in Digital Finish?
   1. Avoid any contact with sharp objects.
   2. Avoid wearing it with other chains or pendants.

How do I care for my pendant in Colour or Ultra Enamelite finish?
   1. Avoid contact with any sharp objects
   2. Keep free from harmful acids such as cosmetics, hairsprays and perfume
   3. Wipe your pendant with a soft cloth after wearing to remove and harmful substances. This needs to be done on a daily basis.
   4. Prolonged exposure to ultra violet, i.e. sunbathing for long periods causes colour pigments to fade.
   5. Avoid contact with a direct heat source such as flame or solders.
   6. Avoid wearing whilst bathing and swimming.
   7. Please remove before bedtime.

How long will my pendant stay as new?
If you care for your pendant as described above it will remain beautiful for a lifetime.

What do I do If I am unhappy with the final product?
If you in any way feel that the product does not meet up to the standards to which we have portrayed, we will happily replace the item or issue a refund, if it has been returned undamaged and to the standard of which we originally sent it. All retrurn and refund inquiries must be made upto 7 days after receipt of product.

Email us on info@photo-images.net with a reason or refund/return in short and include a copy of the original Order Confirmation. 

For your protection, we encourage you to send your return with Royal Mail registered post.  Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
